It may be a stretch to consider this great war film a “biker movie” but is included as has the great Steve McQueen motorcycle escape scene by stunt rider Bud Ekins. 
I remember as kid this movie airing yearly and sure that might have influenced many others too. I see a recent DVD release now has cover with Steve McQueen on the bike.

Elvis was a big Harley fan but they have him on a Honda to show one of the “nice people”, not a big bad biker. Rare to seeing him ride on film, also Stay Away Joe.

1965 Aug  Motor Psycho Directed by Russ Meyer  “Three bad boy motorcyclists get kicks raping other people's women and generally being a nuisance. When they rape a veterinarian's wife, he takes exception and pursues them,”  IMDb - allmovie.com With the hype in The Big Book of Biker Films and others, had to see this one. Has the Meyer's buxom babes, and familiar rape/killing plot, but "motorcyclists" on SCOOTERS??

One of the "classic" biker flims even if seems so low budget and dated.

1966 or 1967 Outlaw Motorcycles “The real name of the director was Titus Moede; his nom de film, Titus Moody, was lifted from a character who used to appear on the old Fred Allen radio show. Moede/Moody is the only credited participant, a docudrama about the California cycle scene. We are treated to an enactment of a biker wedding and a biker funeral, several staged sequences of wild parties, and endless shots of cycle races, both on and off the track. Despite the film's lurid title, nothing much really happens. 1967 The Acid Eaters “The clock strikes five on a Friday afternoon, and a gang of part-time bohemians hop aboard their motorcycles and hit the highway looking for kicks.” allmovie.com  Because of the above this movie showed in a motorcycle search, while they do ride a lot in the movie, it is not a biker film but a drug film.  Seems the freedom of a bike leads to drugs and sex.  The group doesn’t do anything gang like except for robbing a cager, and wearing red shirts.  And those are off a lot during the film.  The girls are mostly topless so almost seems to be soft porn – fitting DVD is on Something Weird Video label.

1967 The Hellcats aka Biker Babes  Ross Hagan

One of the first female biker gangs.  Was featured and released on DVD as part the Mystery Science Theatre 2000.  They had the decency to include the original copy along with their commented one on DVD.

Filmed in Jupiter FL “A stock car driver goes undercover as the wheel man for a motorcycle gang” IMDb.com.  This one was so bad, I’m glad Mystery Science Theatre 2000 only had their comment version, even with that, I almost fell asleep.  What ever happened to the West Palm Fairgrounds raceway?  And was that the Jupiter Lighthouse?

1968 Apr Savages From Hell aka Big Enough and Old Enough 
“When the leader of a vicious motorcycle gang finds a farm worker's son flirting with his woman, he beats the boy senseless, then kidnaps the farm worker's daughter.” IMDb HIt is the biker that has the hots for the daughter cuses the conflict with son. Has migrant workers, beach parties, and swamp buggy races from Naples. Thought had that Florida look. Lists the "Outlaws MC" in credits but no patchs spotted. Actually not a bad plot regardless of the hokness. Something Weird DVD includes a 1960s Cypress Gardens documentary "the Greatest Show on Water".

“Driven by jealousy, the jilted leader of a female motorcycle gang instigates a sadistic reign of terror against her ex-lover and his new bride” IMDb.  Can’t believe this is in the Big Book of Biker Flicks.  Guess it was the being terrorized by people on bikes.  Rodeo cowboys and mini-skirt “go-go girls” on Triumphs and Hondas, not true bikers - so much for “you meet the nicest people on a Honda” slogan .

Has a big hot mama biker.

Not bad of a movie. The police as almost as bad as the bikers. Does have Bud Atlkins (did the famous Great Escape jump among other films) doing some stunts as a biker they chase.

While the fake ridng closeups of her riding are hokey (is she getting off?) I did associate with her voice over thoughts as rideng. My mind alos opens to thinking while riding.

Biker tries to go straight.  Mild biker action, only two rapes and one dead biker.  Good change of pace from the normal formula.  This was William Smith’s first film in long run of biker films.

1969 June Satan’s Sadists reissued as Nightmare Bloodbath  Russ Tamblyn, Robert Dix “The "Satans" are a very cruel biker gang led by Anchor. The gang goes to a diner in the middle of nowhere in the California desert where they begin to terrorize ...” IMDb.  For a movie shot in ten days, this Al Adamson classic has fairly good production, good opening credits, and decent acting. I can see why some call it the Citizen Kane of Biker Movies (but then I never thought Citizen Kane deserved to be the number one AFI film). It is a mild gore with body count at 15.

When the girlfriend of the buggy club's leader is raped, they retaliate and catch the bikers off guard during a drunken orgy. Graphic violence ensues. Don Epperson, Robert Dix, Casey Kasem and Terry Stafford are the more memorable names in this forgettable film which originally had an X-rating, but was later edited down to an R. allmovie.com

They join a motorcycle gang and while the others are drinking and partying outside of town, they change their clothes and head off to rob the casino.” IMDb.com.  I’d have to say this is the Ocean’s Eleven of biker films.  Actuality, a pretty good story and production, and the bikers, in this case the Oakland Hell’s Angels, are not the bad guys.

Made for TV movie. "A Viet Nam vet ex-scrambler returns home to find his girl married, his bike shop to be sold and future gone."  Good bike chase scene. IMDb
Seems the only thing he comes home to is his bikes. This movie stands the test of time, even more so with the recent return of Vets and how the Nam vets were treated.
